Seeking:  Customer Service Rep

Position Responsibilities:

• • Coordinate with operations to plan and facilitate transportations needs for customer base
• • Effectively communicate both internally and to outside customers by phone, email, and technology
• • Maintain strong relationships with existing customer base
• • Communicate with internal operations regarding trends and opportunities throughout the week
• • Effectively coordinate and execute actions in a time sensitive manner to ensure all internal and customer needs are being met

Position Qualifications:

• • Candidates must have knowledge of transportation experience preferred.
• • 2+ years of transportation experience
• • Great communications skills
